Lynsey’s path to today grew from the merger of his professional life with his personal passions. Organization, calculated risks and focus meant the difference between life and death at work as a paramedic and rescue worker, and first place or second place at play as a world‐class competitive sailor.

Already an EMT by the time he graduated high school, Lynsey’s work in emergency medicine progressed well past the daily toil of the ambulance. He participated in the formation of specialized response teams; both commercial and governmental, was a volunteer firefighter in multiple states, and served as a wilderness rescue technician both on land and in the sea.

Seeking a change, Lynsey co‐founded a construction company in 2005 and there found the thread that bound his personal and professional lives together: Technology.

Building houses and carrying out remodeling work on unforgiving schedules opened the door for Lynsey to practice his techniques in manufacturing, engineering and technology.

Thriving in an environment of fast‐changing technologies with mentors anchoring his progress, Lynsey championed advanced middleware, drafted end‐to‐end network layouts, facilitated content streaming/packaging services, and managed teams designing new hardware for cable systems. Most recently, Lynsey architected a complete custom ERP Solution that encompassed multiple child systems including a CRM, LIM, DMS, QMS & HRM.

On the personal side, more than a dozen sailing teams have called on Lynsey to give them a winning edge. In countless races including the bi‐annual Newport‐Bermuda race, Lynsey has coached teams to multiple world championship podium finishes.

Steve has 35+ years of professional experience with enterprise software development and integration across many industries. His extensive consulting and industry expertise uses a growing menu of development, database, and integration tools in projects across North America, and now, beyond.

As Lead software architect/engineer, Steve deftly creates innovative solutions to complex business problems using ultra advanced techniques and established (as well as evolving) technologies. Steve possesses unique and extensive experience in data- and process driven enterprise application and system architecture. His design, development, integration and support talents use standard setting techniques and creates the patterns we use as best practices in the industry.

A dedicated and results-driven operations leader, Jim brings over three decades of expertise in managing and optimizing large-scale projects across energy and data sectors. Known for an easygoing yet focused leadership style, Jim led the development of the world’s largest fuel cell project, setting new standards in efficiency and sustainability. With a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, Jim has successfully overseen dozens of complex initiatives, leveraging strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving. Passionate about quality and innovation, Jim combines a detail-oriented approach with big-picture thinking, ensuring operational excellence that consistently meets client and business goals.

With 8 years as a project manager and lab manager in the building and testing industry, Ashley has a proven track record of leadership, efficiency, and innovation.

Ashley possesses strong team-building skills and a deep understanding of customer service. Transitioning to the building and testing industry in 2016, she leveraged her expertise to manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Ashley is passionate about process improvement, team development, and quality assurance and is dedicated to fostering collaborative environments that drive success.

In Ashley’s free time, she is passionate about exploring the great outdoors, whether it’s hiking, camping, or simply enjoying nature. She also loves traveling and discovering new cultures and has a deep appreciation for animals. These interests inspire her creativity and enhances her problem-solving skills in the workplace.

Our Executive Assistant Linda has worked in administration and office management for over 30 years. Linda is organized, an effective communicator, and is proficient in multiple programs, including accounting and Microsoft programs; as well as processing data and keeping activities on task.

In her career, Linda assisted in the implementation of an innovative document management system that transformed an aged system to one of the most advanced systems available. The project involved migrating thousands of separate documents from an outdated system to a customized database. 

The new database brought several key benefits to our team and organization:

1. Improved Efficiency: The streamlined document management process reduced the time spent searching for and retrieving documents, allowing employees to focus more on their core tasks.
2. Enhanced Collaboration: With centralized access to documents, team members could easily share and collaborate on files, leading to better teamwork and faster project completion.
3. Better Organization: The customized database allowed for more effective categorization and tagging of documents, making it easier to maintain and update records.
4. Increased Security: The new system had advanced security features, ensuring that sensitive information was better protected against unauthorized access.

 In her real life, Linda enjoys time with family and friends, gardening and crafting.

Scott’s career has run the gamut of many facets of both large and entrepreneurial businesses.  From hardware and software development, to sales, to finance, to logistics, to market research, and even to technology & startup investment.

While a logical engineer at heart, his finance and investment background has trained him to keep an eye on the bottom line. He enjoys solving all types of product and business problems and particularly those that directly help customers increase profitability.

He’s a jack of all trades type that especially values learning about new technologies, markets and business models.

Stanton has over 30 years of experience across various industries, including healthcare, financial services, and government defense manufacturing, Stanton is a dedicated engineering consultant specializing in system design and integration, software development, and database design and analysis. He has successfully led infrastructure projects and software development initiatives for a diverse range of clients, from healthcare agencies to private corporations.

Stanton holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and a master's in applied management from the University of Massachusetts and Lesley College. He is passionate about leveraging innovative solutions and best practices to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

His approach combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of client needs, ensuring that each project is tailored for success. Outside of consulting, Stanton enjoys working on construction and home renovation projects, as well as golfing, axe throwing, fishing, and exploring his passion for cars.
