Founder & Principal Architect
Lynsey’s path to today grew from the merger of his professional life with his personal passions. Organization, calculated risks and focus meant the difference between life and death at work as a paramedic and rescue worker, and first place or second place at play as a world‐class competitive sailor.
Already an EMT by the time he graduated high school, Lynsey’s work in emergency medicine progressed well past the daily toil of the ambulance. He participated in the formation of specialized response teams; both commercial and governmental, was a volunteer firefighter in multiple states, and served as a wilderness rescue technician both on land and in the sea.
Seeking a change, Lynsey co‐founded a construction company in 2005 and there found the thread that bound his personal and professional lives together: Technology.
Building houses and carrying out remodeling work on unforgiving schedules opened the door for Lynsey to practice his techniques in manufacturing, engineering and technology.
Thriving in an environment of fast‐changing technologies with mentors anchoring his progress, Lynsey championed advanced middleware, drafted end‐to‐end network layouts, facilitated content streaming/packaging services, and managed teams designing new hardware for cable systems. Most recently, Lynsey architected a complete custom ERP Solution that encompassed multiple child systems including a CRM, LIM, DMS, QMS & HRM.
On the personal side, more than a dozen sailing teams have called on Lynsey to give them a winning edge. In countless races including the bi‐annual Newport‐Bermuda race, Lynsey has coached teams to multiple world championship podium finishes.

In her career, Linda assisted in the implementation of an innovative document management system that transformed an aged system to one of the most advanced systems available. The project involved migrating thousands of separate documents from an outdated system to a customized database.
The new database brought several key benefits to our team and organization:
